UHMC News – July 2020

UPDATE July 2020

We are now in level 1 due to the Covid-19 outbreak in New Zealand. We are enjoying being back into ‘usual’ work again and opening our waiting room up.

We continue to screen for cold/flu like symptoms and triage these via phone. If you need a face to face consultation we are happy to facilitate this in a safe way. We will respectfully ask that you stay out of the waiting room while unwell.

We have re-opened MMH online bookings, and can triage if you feel you need a ‘same day’ consultation via our nurse.

Nursing update:

Our lovely nurse Belinda has moved on from UHMC, to a new interesting teaching role. We have appreciated and enjoyed working with her over the last three years, and we will all miss her.

We welcome Bobbi-Lea, our new practice nurse who will work Mon-Thurs and comes with a wealth of experience and a bubbly personality. We feel very lucky to have secured such an experienced nurse to join our team and we know you will be well looked after and welcome Bobbi-Lea with us.

If you have any questions please be in touch.

Enrolments as at July 2020.

Please enquire with reception if you would like to enrol with UHMC. We continue to have a wait list at this stage (but will try to accommodate family members). We will hopefully re open enrolments more widely in the next few months.
