With the latest update we will be moving back to our earlier systems…
Virtual consults for most consultations, face to face consultations only if pre-screened via telephone first.
Waiting room closed, if you have a face to face consultation booked, please wait in your car.
We ask that for face to face consultations, all patients please wear a face mask. (This is in line with the Governments recommendation that face masks are worn for all interactions with essential workers).
We will be screening for any respiratory / Covid symptoms as we have continued to do over the last few months.
If you have any symptoms of: runny nose, sore throat, cough, fever, or any other suspicious symptoms, please let us know. We will have some capacity to swab our own patients (as we have continued to do over the last few months), but there will be a triage system set up, and our capacity will depend on demand.
The healthline 0800 611 116 is another way to get information if you are unwell and seeking advise.
We will continue to monitor this situation very closely, and will endeavour to communicate with you as clearly as we can to let you know what is happening.
